• Admit Card of Madhyamik Examination/Equivalent Examination.
• Mark-sheet of H.S./Equivalent Examination.
• Pass-cum-Character Certificate.

Original and attested copy of Marksheet of Higher Secondary / Equivalent examination to be produced at the time of collection of Admission forms.

Note :

• The stamp 'Admitted to Women's Christian College, Cal- 26' will be endorsed on the back side of the H.S./ Equivallent Marksheet after Admission as per order of the University of Calcutta.
• Exact amount is to be tendered at the cash counter.
• Student and Guardian must be present at the time of Admission.
• Fees Once paid cannot be refunded.
• Students who have passed I.S.C / C.B.S.E.or its equvallent Examination from other recognized Boards will be admitted provisionally subject to their registration by the University of Calcutta.
• Laminated H.S/Equivalent mark- sheet will not be accepted.

It must be made in the prescribed form available online.

The following documents are to be submitted in the College Office at the time of admission / verification :

• The printed Application Form, downloaded during online form submission and the duly receipt Challan
• Attested copies of Admit Card and Mark Sheet along with Original.
• Transfer certificate (for students coming from other colleges).
• An attested copy of the certificate obtained from the institution where the student pursued her studies last indicating that she passed in the qualifying examination
• A letter from the applicant's father or mother appointing a local guardian, when the student will not live with the parents.
• University Registration No. ( if her name is already registered with the University).
• Migration Certificate if she is coming from out side the Jurisdiction of the University of Calcutta.
• Students admitted with Geography General & Honours will have to incur considerable expenditure towards Educational Excursions.
• S.C. & S.T. candidates are given preference as per rules.

Several combinations are allowed. A candidate is requested to check all the combinations.

• Comp. Language = English and Bengali /Alt. English
• MUSIC can be taken as an Elective Subject (To be studied at B.M.C.) History & Mathematics, Sociology & Music, Sociology & Sanskrit, Sanskrit & Music, Geography & Philosophy cannot be taken together.
• Certificate Course – Computer Education. (It is compulsory)
